Senior/ Master Inspector Program
Requirements

for
Senior Inspector Applicants:
- Minimum of three years as a Certified Member of ASHI
- Minimum of three years as a member of AZ ASHI which
includes the last twelve months
- Minimum of five hundred fee-paid home inspections in
Arizona
- Current Arizona Board of Technical Registration Certified
Home Inspector designation
- A completed Senior Inspector Application and a two
hundred dollar application fee
Note: If the application is not accepted the fee shall be
returned.
 Requirements
for
Master Inspector Applicants:
- Minimum of one month as an Arizona ASHI Senior Inspector
- Minimum of 1000 fee-paid home inspections in Arizona
- Current ASHI and AZ ASHI Member.
- Current Arizona Board of Technical Registration Certified
Home Inspector.
A Master Inspector Applicant shall demonstrate that he/she has not only excelled
in the home inspection profession, but that he/she has ‘given back’ to the
profession. Examples could include participation on an Arizona Board of
Technical Registration committee, AZ ASHI or ASHI committee or board positions,
membership on legal or other professional organization committees that directly
affect the home inspection profession, writing significant articles for publishing
or other media programs, etc.
Other contributions to the home inspection profession may be
considered.
Submit a completed Master Inspector Application and a two
hundred dollar fee.
If the application is not accepted the fee will be returned.
